• Reservation confirmations are subject to availability. We recommend arriving on time; late arrivals may result in reduced service time.
• For online orders and takeout, payment, pickup time, and preparation estimates are provided at checkout — these are estimates and may change slightly.

3. Prices & Offers

All prices shown on the website are in Japanese Yen (¥). Prices, offers, and discounts may change without prior notice. Special prices displayed during promotions apply only within the promotion period and while supplies last.

4. Allergies & Dietary Information

We prepare food in a kitchen that handles fish, shellfish, soy, wheat, eggs, dairy, and other common allergens. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely allergen-free. Please inform staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Reservation cancellations: please notify us as early as possible. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
• Takeout & delivery cancellations: once food preparation has started, refunds may be partial or not possible. Refunds for order errors will be handled case-by-case.
